What this is about
Decadio is a free music game funded by ads. It is provided by [[name as in the legal notice]]. By using Decadio, you accept these terms.
Playing without an account
You don’t need an account. Your device gets a random identifier; whoever has it plays as you. So only enter a code for connecting devices on devices of your own.
Names
The people you play with see the name you enter. Don’t pick a name that insults or misleads others or infringes anyone’s rights. We may delete games with such names.
Music
The songs play as previews from Apple (iTunes and Apple Music). The rights to recordings and works belong to their respective owners. The previews are there for listening within the game; recording, storing or passing them on is not permitted. Whether a preview exists for a song is up to Apple.
Availability
We keep developing Decadio and may change or discontinue features. There is no entitlement to the game being available at all times or to game results being kept permanently. Duels in which nobody plays for 48 hours disappear on their own.
Liability
Our liability is unlimited in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only if an essential obligation has been breached, and then limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Applicable law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you live remain unaffected.
